U.S. Senate – Republican Runoff
- Ken Paxton defeated John Cornyn (Incumbent) with 63.8% of the vote; Paxton will face James Talarico in the General Election in November
Attorney General – Democratic Runoff
- Nathan Johnson defeated Joe Jaworski with 60.5% of the vote; Johnson will face Mayes Middleton in the General Election in November
Attorney General – Republican Runoff
- Mayes Middleton defeated Chip Roy with 55.2% of the vote; Middleton will face Nathan Johnson in the General Election in November
Railroad Commissioner – Republican Runoff
- Bo French defeated Jim Wright (Incumbent) with 50.6% of the vote; French will face Jon Rosenthal in the General Election in November
Lieutenant Governor – Democratic Runoff
- Vikki Goodwin defeated Marcos Velez with 67.8% of the vote; Goodwin will face Dan Patrick (Incumbent) in the General Election in November
