The Bond Review Board (BRB) has posted a letter, guidelines, and forms for the submission of information related to bonds and bond elections, as required by House Bill 3526. HB 3526 requires that a searchable database of information relating to bonds and bond elections be established by the BRB.
The following forms are included on the website: Pre-Election Report, a Post-Election Report, and Authorized but Unissued Report. BRB has included templates of each document on their website.
The following deadlines are cited from the Guidance Document:
- Unissued Bonds Report: September 30, 2025
- Pre-Election Report: October 15, 2025
- Post-Election Report: November 24, 2025
