Early voting for the November 4 Constitutional Amendment Election ran from October 20-31. Per data from the Secretary of State, 1,397,899 Texans voted in person during the early voting period for the November 4 Election, roughly 7.56% of 18,488,166 total registered voters. These totals do not include mail-in ballots which would then increase the turnout to roughly 7.8% of the registered voters.

Of note, registered voters have decreased roughly .94% from the 2024 total of 18,623,931.

17 constitutional amendments are on the ballot tomorrow, as well as special elections for Texas Senate District 9, US House District 18, and local ballot initiatives throughout Texas.
