On September 9, TEA released updated COVID-19 resources on their Coronavirus (COVID-19) Support and Guidance webpage. A list of the recently released guidance can be found below:
- Updated HB 4545 FAQ – Includes new questions concerning transfer student and parent grievance procedures
- Proposed Virtual Leaning Rule – Includes what qualifies as virtual instruction, student eligibility for ADA funding and attendance-taking/minutes requirements.
