The period of public review and comment begins August 23 and ends on September 6. Two options are available for submitting comments:

The TWDB reviewed the abridged applications submitted in May for the available EDAP financial assistance to assess eligibility and prioritize the applications according to the methodology outlined in the EDAP Intended Use Plan. The scoring criteria allows for the prioritization of residential projects providing first-time service and projects that will resolve public health nuisances and/or violations related to contaminants. The TWDB anticipates funding projects on the proposed prioritized list using up to an estimated $100 million in bonds.
