The Pollution Prevention (P2) Annual Progress Report is required, for certain facilities, by the Waste Reduction Policy Act (WRPA). January 1, 2025: If your facility completes a five-year P2 reporting cycle in 2024, you are required to create a new 5-year P2 Plan and submit a P2 Executive Summary to TCEQ by January 1, 2025.
