The fall assessment window closes in October for the Elementary School Students in Texas: Algebra Ready (ESTAR) and Middle-School Students in Texas: Algebra Ready (MSTAR) Universal Screener and Diagnostic Assessments. The ESTAR/MSTAR Assessments target algebra readiness skills in grades 2 through 8 and are provided by the TEA without cost to school districts and charter schools.
