Lead Infrastructure SIP Revision
On October 5, 2011, the executive director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will recommend to the commission adoption of the Lead Infrastructure SIP Revision for the 2008 Lead NAAQS (Project No. 2011-016-SIP-NR). The adopted SIP revision will meet the infrastructure requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act (FCAA), §110(a)(1) and (2) under the 2008 lead NAAQS.
