TCEQ is soliciting informal comments on non-statutory changes to proposed rules as recommended in the Sunset Commission’s report, Senate Bill 1397. You may provide comments by attending a stakeholder meeting or written comment. The meeting has been scheduled in Houston on Sept. 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and more information about this meeting can be found here.
