The State Energy Conservation Office has announced the first State of Texas Home Energy Rebates public community sessions. As part of the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act, SECO is collaborating with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to provide residential energy efficiency and beneficial electrification rebates to Texans. Both sessions will provide information to organizations and the community about program benefits and eligibility. The morning session will focus on gathering input from program administrators, partners, contractors and key stakeholders.

The afternoon session will focus on gathering input from residential and multi-family stakeholders. This feedback from key stakeholders will help SECO design each rebate program. If you are currently registered for the 10 a.m. session and you are interested in participating in the program, please join our afternoon session.
