The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) will meet on February at 9:30 a.m. to consider approving construction funds for North Texas Municipal Water District’s Lower Bois d’Arc Creek Reservoir. The reservoir will serve as a major water supply source for approximately 1.7 million Texans. TWDB will also consider financial assistance for other water and wastewater system projects throughout Texas. Additionally, the TWDB will hear a briefing on the current drought conditions in Texas.
