The Texas Transportation Commission approved the 2015 Unified Transportation Program (UTP) on Aug. 28, 2014. Public meetings to accept comments for updates to the 2015 UTP are being held with the next one on November 6, 2014. All public comments should be submitted by 4 p.m. on November 17, 2014.
