HB 15 – Miller/Patrick – Relating to providing a sonogram before an abortion. The bill as substituted and with 2 adopted amendments passed to third reading in the Senate with 21 ayes and 10 nays on May 2.
SB 1420 – Hinojosa/Harper-Brown -Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Department of Transportation. The bill as amended was passed out of the House with 121 ayes and 24 nays on May 2.
HB 123 – Veasey – Relating to an adult diabetes education program in certain county hospital systems and hospital districts was passed to third reading in the House on May 2.
