SB 293 – Sen.  Kirk Watson laid out the committee substitute in House Public Health on March 29. When the committee substitute language becomes available it will be posted on the SB 293 link.

Eminent Domain

SB 18 by Sen. Craig Estes was reported from House Land and Resource Management as substituted on March 31. The House committee substitute is now available online.

Transportation Sunset Bill

HB 2675 was heard in House Transportation on March 28 and was left pending in committee.

Railroad Sunset Bill

SB 655 by Sen. Glenn Hegar was heard in the Senate Committee on Government Organization on March 23. The bill was reported favorable as substituted and place on the Senate intent calendar. The committee report is now available online.
