The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced its voluntary Audit Program to help companies with Flexible Permits obtain air quality permits that meet state and federal requirements and the protections of the Clean Air Act. “Our main objective is to get each and every permit holder a federally approved permit issued by the TCEQ,” said Regional Administrator Al Armendariz.
