- Texas Health and Human Services Commission Title 40, Chapter 5, Subchapter C Use and Maintenance of Drug Formulary, & Title 25, Chapter 415, Subchapter C Use and Maintenance of DSHS/DADS Drug Formulary repeals, & new Title 26, Chapter 932 Use and Maintenance of the HHSC Psychiatric Drug Formulary.
