The new state agency procurement plan template is now available on the Comptroller’s website. TGC and TAC require the Comptroller to monitor the purchasing practices of state agencies with delegated authority. State agencies should submit their procurement plans upon request of the Comptroller. The Statewide Procurement Division requires agencies to use the template provided to submit an updated annual procurement plan.
The submission deadline for fiscal 2022 procurement plans is Nov. 30, 2021. Procurement plans must be emailed to the Statewide Procurement Division at Procurement.Plans@cpa.texas.gov.
