Proposed Medicaid Payment Rates for Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center Program. Hearing.  Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing on Nov. 23, 2016, at 9 a.m. to receive public comment on proposed payment rates for the PPECC program operated by HHSC.
