On September 13th, the House Committee on Business and Industry met for invited and public testimony. They reviewed the Medical Quality Review Panel (MQRP) process within the Workers’ Compensation System including identifying whether the process is consistent and transparent while ensuring that doctors in the Workers’ Compensation System are providing quality medical care to the benefit and welfare of injured workers in Texas.
