The bill also limit what political subdivisions can limit/prohibit during a declared disaster and prohibits businesses and governmental entities from requiring vaccine documentation. Additionally, the bill requires DSHS to establish an Office of Chief State Epidemiologist among other requirements. The bill was sent to the Governor on 6/1.
