Meeting Dates for 2015
Feb. 11-13, 2015
During their February 2015 meeting the State Board of Education (SBOE) voted to approve the new Career Development and new Career and Technical Education TEKS as well as approve new math TEKS for statistics courses and a new algebraic reasoning course.

The SBOE also voted to include new/replacement bids submitted by 5 pm January 23, 2015 in the EMAT system to choose in Proclamation 2015 materials.

Additionally in regards to the Long Range Public Ed plan, a RFQ will be submitted for an outside facilitator with an estimated appropriation request of $150,000 to produce the plan.
