Governor Greg Abbott on a Tuesday evening tele-townhall stated he plans to call a special session in October – focusing on school choice.
He announced during the call, according to multiple media sources, that if lawmakers couldn’t deliver a school choice law during an October special session, he would continue to call special sessions.
