HD10: Brian Harrison (R-Midlothian) has been elected to fill the unexpired term for HD10, defeating opponent and former Rep. John Wray (R-Waxahachie) 55%-45%. Rep. Harrison’s term extends through January 2023.
HD118: Former Rep. John Lujan (R-San Antonio) received 42% of the vote and Frank Ramirez (D-San Antonio) received 20%. As no candidate received 50% of the total vote, Lujan and Ramirez will head to a runoff election to fill the unexpired term for HD118.
