The Senate will take up SB 18 (Estes), relating to a limit on local government expenditures on 8/3. The Senate Committee on Business and Commerce on 8/4 will take up HB 7 (Phelan) relating to a tree planting credit to offset tree mitigation fees imposed by a municipality.
