On February 3rd, TCEQ adopted the Environmental Protection Agency’s new Industrial and Hazardous Waste rules and revised Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 335. These rules are currently in effect and include the:
- Hazardous Waste Generator Improvement Rule
- Pharmaceutical Waste Rule
- Definition of Solid Waste Rule
- Foundry Sands Exclusion
- Aerosol Cans Waste Rule
- Electronic Manifest Fee Rule
