- NURSING FACILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE AND MEDICAID CERTIFICATION – 26 TAC §554.2312 – The repeal is adopted without changes to the proposed text published in the March 17, 2023 issue of the Texas Register. HHSC received no comments during the comment period. The amendment repeals an optional procedure to issue a surety bond to expedite the release of vendor holds. This procedure has not been utilized by providers. The effective date of adoption is August 6, 2023.
