Proposed Rule

  • CHAPTER 448. STANDARD OF CARE HHSC proposes amendments concerning Screening, Assessment, and Treatment Services Provided by Electronic Means. The proposed amendments allow a chemical dependency treatment facility to deliver certain audio-only substance use disorder treatment services that HHSC determined are clinically effective and safe. The public comment period ends December 11.

Adopted Rule

  • CHAPTER 97. PLANNING AND ACCOUNTABILITY TEA adopts an amendment and the repeal of sections concerning accountability and performance monitoring. The accountability system evolves from year to year, so the criteria and standards for rating and acknowledging schools in the most current year differ to some degree from those applied in the prior year.
