On August 11, The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) met to take up several agenda items. The TWDB heard updates on the approval of the 2018/2019 Legislative Appropriations Request. The TWDB approved financial assistance totaling $5,055,000 for wastewater system projects. Of that funding $1,255,000 was designated for a rural water project. The TWDB also approved changes to Chapter 354, Title 31 of the Texas Administrative Code regarding the addition and elimination of Memoranda’s of Understanding (MOUs).
