The Texas Water Development Board has published a document that overviews Proposition 6 and the newly established Texas Water Fund. The Water Fund was established by SB 28 and SJR 75 (proposition 6) during the 88th Regular Session with a $1b in supplemental funds added by SB 30 88(R) in order to provide funding to assist water projects in the state. A link to the document in its entirety can be found here.
