The Chapter 313 reporting deadline is approaching. Companies must submit the following documentation by April 1, 2024, to chapter.313@cpa.texas.gov:

Of note, the Comptroller’s Office no longer accepts the old form. The new form has revision number “50-825 • 12-23/5” in the footer. Revised forms and more guidance on supporting documents can be found here. This reporting is required annually for applications considered complete on or after Jan. 1, 2014 (applications #1000 and above). According to the Comptroller’s Office, agreement holders who do not provide supporting documentation for job verification or do not submit reports will receive an adverse determination.
